I was torn between who to pick at RB and LW I have to say.

Garcia is a genuine match winner, he can make you so happy one moment, and then make you strangle him the next moment all within 10 minutes let alone 90. I will never, ever forget Lil Luis, but Yossi has been more consistent for us in his time.
Kewell really should have been the answer to my dilemma though. But we all know what happened to him.

As for RB, like Garcia if I went with my heart, Babbel would be in there no doubt, we were robbed of an accomplished player by his cruel illness. But Finnan was highly consistent over a greater period of time and was very much underrated by non-Liverpool supporters.

Some of it is very easy, some of it is not so clear. Particularly the forwards. Raul, Morientes, Ronaldo, van Nistelrooy, Higuain I suppose are those that would be up for consideration. However, none of them have had more than 3 great seasons in this decade. I guess I would have to stick with Raul and Morientes since they won the most and formed the best partnership.

Surprised you included Sergi as he left very early in the decade at a time when he wasn't even first choice and you weren't winning anything. I would have thought it would be van Bronckhorst or Abidal.

Such is the intelligence of our directors we've only had two proper left sided wingers this decade: Robben and Solari.

I liked Solari a lot but Robben was a different class.

Robben would probably make the Chelsea one as well, he was out of this world the 3 seasons he played for us.

Nope i was just pointing it out.

The only player i could think of that perhaps should be there is Costacurta over Stam, but even then it's pushing it - Costacurta spent most of this decade on the bench.

Well all those Milan players did play almost all through the decade...and some of them in the 90s too

Agreed with TITO and Messiah for Barça's team, except of course, with one change: take out Marquez and put in Iniesta for a 3-4-3. Definitely special mention to Giuly, would be the 12th man for this team.
