Really?? He is leading the scoring charts in Serie A....

Agree with most of the others...perhaps Valencia is still a "50-50", I am not yet convinced he has proved his worth...

he hasn't, but it's stupid doing this sort of comparison after 4 months. These players are signed for 4-5 years not 4-5 months. If you'd done a similar straw poll a year ago Robinho would have been a £30m bargain, now look at him.

Glenn. You're just too damn sensible. I wish you'd occasionally just make a joke or something No

Why is Johnson a miss? Until his injury he was probably Liverpool's best performer this season, and possibly best right back in the league

HYPE!!! He's not a miss though... yet.

Real will end up being the best counter attacking team in the world IMO. They'll get the best of Kaka(and Ronaldo) playing that way.

I don't think Kaka will ever justify his price tag though, he's a bloody good player but was never going to reach the Ronaldhino or Zidane level as most people thought when he 1st burst on to the scene.

I don't think it is fair yet to decide which player is a miss and who's a hit. Like Kas said most of them weren't bought on 5-6 month contracts.

While that is true Alonso has been incredible defensively and while he hasn't been at his Liverpool level he has been immediate improvement in terms of passing midfield whether it be short/long or slow/fast passes. Him and Lass has formed a great combination. The problem for Alonso has been that he has nobody to play ball with. Having Granero/VDV in the team would definitely help a lot to keep the ball.

DLR would have been awesome. Sad
