Shuster isn't the finished product but he is somebody I could imagine being a good motivator if he channels his anger right. For some reason I think of Morten Olsen when I see him. He struggled in Germany at the starts of coaching career because he was too strict even though he got results. The players simply despised him but he has improved a lot since then.
