the Californian, who famously became a national laughing stock when he sent Poldi and Co motivational E-Mails from his American beach IN ENGLISH, because it's modern and hip, will now bring his MODERN teaching methods to Bayern Munich

most Bayern fans already got a heart-attack when Hoeness appointed Grinsi (the worst Germany manager of ALL TIME alongside Ribbeck)

now, the Swabian egocentric, will become the most HATED manager in the club's history

    Shocked

he just announced that he would stop PUBLIC TRAINING SESSIONS at Saebener STrasse

    affraid affraid affraid

and convert my new favourite haunt, the club Restaurant, the Insider (which overlooks the training pitch) into a "Regeneration Center"

    affraid affraid affraid

during the week there are probably not more than 100 fans watching proceedings

    +

they could easily have only one or two public training days a week

and still leave the "Insider" open for fans to enjoy the club atmostphere

    but NO

Klinsi seems to have read in some American Management Bible that when you piss off the customer , they come back for more

the Swabian nutcase has done good things for Germany, of course

    a) his game against Holland in the 1990 World Cup, where he singlehandely ran rings around an overhyped and spitting Dutch lot

    b) appointing Lehmann as national keeper at the expense of Kahn

apart from that he is the single worst thing to have happened to German and , in the future, Bavarian football

Ballack seems to agree in principle when he now says that he can no longer hear the term "World Cup Heroes, when we did not even reach the FINAL"

    affraid

let's hope Sepp Maier will start an in-house-revolution and unseat the American

only the return of Magath would have been worse news than the arrival of the Yankie

    Neutral

Under Klinsi the players will also have to spend 8 hours a day together at the Bayern training ground. And all the players will have to learn German then.

    Sounds good for me.

And getting rid of Sepp Maier was one of the best things Klinsi ever did btw, for Germany and now also for Bayern.

    lol!

Awww, German provincialism at its best. Wink I doubt fans of clubs in other countries would even care about these plans let alone make such a drama out of it like you Otto, and your fellow Bayern fans do. What is so bad about the idea of professionalizing certain things? And wouldn't it be in your interest to get rid of some antiquated traditions in order to increase Bayern's competitiveness on the European stage? The fan-friendly approach of German clubs is all very well and must be preserved, but we are not talking about any low-division football club here. Bayern is ambitious and they want to win European trophies, a certain degree of professionalism wouldn't be amiss here, would it? scratch

Congratulations, well done Bayern fans. Feyenoord's training sessions are open too public too (as of all Dutch clubs). Love going there occasionally, wouldn't anybody to rob me (and fellow fans) of the chance to watch my own players (especially new signings). Occasionally a training behind closed doors (hardly happens with us) is no problem & is enough to practise on specific things you do want the opposition to know (set pieces for that match). Secrecy for normal training sessions is not required because there's little revealed there (as about every Dutch manager has already said, guess the same goes for a lot of German managers).

    cheers

good prediction and analysis, me thinks

    (with the benefit of FORESIGHT)

    although

I could not have known at the time that Bayern were about to appoint a NEDERLANDER afterwards who would be JUST AS BAD

    Shocked

    anyway

Klinsi Grinsi now tells Bild that he does not want to work in the Bundesliga again

    http://www.bild.de/BILD/sport/fussball/international/2009/12/02/exklusiv-interview-mit-juergen-klinsi-klinsmann/nie-wieder-bundesliga.html

    cheers

    bizarrely

he always speaks in the WE-form

which suggests that whatever he intends to do next, he will do with his American clowns

    lol!

he also states that he REACHED his (sporting) goals at Bayern

    Laugh

despite "differences of opinion" with the board

Klinsi will now COMMENT for RTL on World Cup matches

    Laugh

alongside Jauch, who previously compared him to Obama

    Laugh

    the good news is

    according to English news reports

LIVERPOOL are about to sign Klinsi at the end of the season

    Doh

    ah well

it cannot get any worse than under the GOAT

    I suppose

    a good combo

forgiving fans and a manager who needs a lot of FORGIVING

    Laugh
