So good to see many youngters in Inter's squad for the Europa League game against Hajduk Split tonight....

    Inter:
    Handanovic
    Jonathan, Ranocchia, Samuel, Mbaye
    Zanetti, Cambiasso, Guarin
    Sneijder
    Coutinho, Milito

Inter bench: Belec, Nagatomo, Silvestre, Mudingayi, Benassi, Longo, Livaja

Mbaye is starting over Nagatomo, what a fantastic endorsement for this kid - it should do his confidence a world of good. I also hope to see Longo getting some playing time in the 2nd half.

That was an embarrassing game to watch, we got saved by the 3-0 away win in the first leg. Inter were shite, only Zanetti turned up to play. A 39 year old put more than double the effort than anyone else kind of sums it up. Looked like the other players were just not interested, and what is more worrying, Samuel & Milito had one of their worst ever games. These two have a key role to play for us this season, we just cannot function without their quality.

Looks like we better brace ourselves for another embarrassing season Sad

The main advantage of rebuilding with your youth coach is that everyone knows that it will take time for the results to start showing... Moratti will be mad to sack Strama this season, whatever the results. But then....

New, young and inexperience coach. Loads of new, young players. It will take a lot of time.

He has said some younger players will play, and Ba, Tiote, Colo, and Shola have been left at home. Cabaye isn't fully fit so probably won't play. Jonas will probably be saved for Chelsea as he has a high workrate and won't be expected to do it twice in 2 days. I doubt Cisse will start, but him and Campbell are the only strikers that have travelled. Steven Taylor is a crock, so he won't play 2 games in 2 games. Ben Arfa has a 3 game european ban.

But ofcourse it is difficult to tell who is higher rated out of Amalfitano, fatty Gosling, Abeid, and Bigirimana, so there is alot of guesswork involved.

Not all of them What a Face

Anyway, just came back from the game. Fey-Sparta Prague 2-2. Surely we are out considering we wont win there nor draw 3-3.

Feyenoord's 1st half was shite and we were 0-2 down. It was also Clasie's worst half I have seen him ever play for us (surely no coincidence) But great 2nd half from Clasie and thus Feyenoord.

But the moment of the game for me was the 2-2 in the last second. We have a striker problem, but we also have one of the most talented footballers in the game, Achahbar, his problem is he is small, and not really fast. But Fernandez was so shite, that Koeman had no choice to play him. And he did this.

    cheers

Excellent assist from Clasie as well.

I wish our management would favour our own youth MORE. The signings, Immers and Mathijsen are shite and Vormer is average at best. Only Janmaat is good, and he is Fey-jugend.

    Nothing beats homegrown players!

I also see Feyenoord and their european ambitions look to be crumbling at the very first hurdle. Oh dear fey. So much boasting at the end of last season.
