I hate our tourist crowd at times. Everyone outsings us at OT.
Still, what a one man team we are.

Re: Premier League 3/4/5 November 2012
Cazorla gets a consolation with literally the last kick of the match, 2 - 1.
Depressing really, we don't look we are capable of competing at the top level at all - man to man, Mertesacker was the only player who was anywhere near oppositions' level. Giroud had a stinker. Podolski has to be benched - he has been too poor for too long.
I fully expect a thrashing at Schalke.

Arsenal's poor form seems to coincide with the absence of Kieran Gibbs (or the introduction of Andre Santos) #legends

Van Persie did not score the winning goal. That's got to be as good as 3 points for Arsenal fans.

To a certain extent. Podolski and Gibbs had a good understanding. Santos is too fat to offer anything much on the overlap, so this has taken away a good attacking outlet. Podolski has certainly been lost recently.
Gibbs can also defend.
I'd play Jenkinson or Vermaelen at left back ahead of Santos.
But there are many more problems than that with this team.

2-1 ft. Arsenal would have signed for this before the game.
Anyway, Rvp skinned the overrated Vermaelolen.

Absolutely awful performance. It's depressing to realise what a poor team we have now. It's not just the case that the players underperformed, but most of them really aren't very good to start with. Man Utd should have put four or five past us with ease.

It's not that we played particularly badly - Schalke was much, much worse - but the fact that we look only very average at best when up against the top clubs. Until last summer, you could at least go into matches against the top clubs in some anticipation because you still felt we had a chance. Since last summer, this simply hasn't been the case. The only times we have come away with a result have been when the oppositions self-destructed (Chelsea away 5 - 2, and City 1- 0 at the Emirates).

I didn't watch the Schalke match, fortunately. Apparently we've lost nine of our last 11 games against Man Utd. Most of them haven't been a meaningful contest.

It was gruesome. The worst I have ever seen us play, and that includes the 8 - 2.

What a disappointment . We had a 2-1 lead, 3 great chances to score 3rd... and f'n Sidwell equalized. Of course only seconds after Moyes put 3rd central defender on the pitch

No matter how bad arsenal are, you can be sure spurs will out do them.
Results like today that crush your soul as a spurs fan- opportunity to put some distance between ourselves and arsenal constantly missed. Disgrace really

Players awful, Crowd awful, and AVB only served to wind them up by persisting with the useless Dempsey. Sigurdsson not much cop either, and to top it off Sandro got injured.
Credit to Wigan though, a tactical masterclass by Martinez, and they were far more fluid than us, even though their goal was a foul.

At least Dempsey turned up today (even if he was useless) unlike Defoe. Did his car break down on the way to the game?
