awesome line up, i don`t think that a german team is good enough to win it, some should make the quarter, with a bit of luck the semi final

This competition could become very interesting from the last 16 stage, if the teams took it seriously.... there are a few CL level teams in this one.

i think the german teams in pot 2 have no teams to fear, only chelsea and lyon

while hannover in pot 1 has a higher chance to get a huge calibre

i think most clubs will take it seriously, KO stage is KO stage, full arenas, great atmosphere, well at least thats how german clubs and fans treat this competition, i have no problems when some countrys behave that arrogant and field some b-players, thats not our problem, england and italy will learn there lesson when the german league will be out of there reach

We ve been taking it seriously. we are UNBEATEN in Europe, and had we not had 3 incorrectly disallowed goals against Lazio over two legs, would be in pot Eins.

Ze Germans better vatch out, Die Juden are in town, und we slay Teutons just for ze fun (ask Werder Bremen and Bayer Leverkusen Laughing)

Pot Eins is slightly weaker though imo. You should lough at Lazio.

I agree that no german team will probably win this cup, but I hope for a semi final. Moenchengladbach with the team of last year would have had good chances of making the final but they lost their key players. Hannover is just solid. Never was a fan of this Leverkusen or Stuttgart side.

Should be an exciting competition and I hope no CL drop out wins it.

still confident about tottenham NOAH? lyon was one team i wanted to avoid for the german teams

decent draws for germany, all 4 can make it, and all 4 could fail as well (well stuttgart will make it) Very Happy gladbachs great organisation could upset lazio, while hannovers fast paced football could make eto some problems, i am confindent about all 4 clubs Wink

leverkusen played good stuff in die Bundesliga and EL, and benfica failed against celtic, will be interesting, they still the leader in there league

    leverkusen - benfica
    stuttgart - genk
    hannover - anzhhi
    gladbach- - lazio

That's assuming we get past Lyon!

Jesus titty fucking Christ, that couldn't have been a harder draw for us.

Lyon walk the street corners of Europe like a worn out, bow-legged middle aged Hooker. They've seen more action than we've had hot dinners.

Inter is still another bridge away. Let's hope if we do reach that far, the Ultras of Milan are a little more warm hearted and welcoming that their Rome counterparts Ale

Spurs and Chelsea to go through - Liverpool and Newcastle to go out.

Haven't seen that much of Metalist but just from the roundups last season their counter attacks look unbelievably fast - usually have 3 argies and 3 brazilians in starting XI.

+ Newcastle have an absolute twunt for a manager.
