Al-Fayed set to sell Fulham, looks like he's about to sell it to the owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars. The guy is twice as rich as Fayed.

For £150m you could buy a club with a fan base. It's sad that people that want to invest in the premier league would rather have a diddy London club than a big northern club. There's half a dozen that would be great to takeover.

Same reason why a house in London is a 4 times more expensive then up north I guess.

Well exactly, this guy won't be taking over the club for footballing reasons. It's really quite gay.

Craven Cottage - best bit of geographical Real Estate in the Premier League. A nice walk along the river to the ground beats crawling through disused quarries and council estates. As is the case up north

Is this the bit where I point out St James' Park is bang in the city center? To get get to white Hart Lane you have to get past the rioting ethnics and the angry muslims.

That said you can't own the land St James' is on, it's owned by wannabe freemasons that won't let anyone have it. There's a rumour that Mike Ashley didn't know this fact when he bought the club.
