Gladbach doing a professional job, leading 3-0 at half time.

In other news, Feyenoord pissed away a 3-0 lead against some obscure team I never heard of and will be knocked out if it stays like this. Clasie started the match and was just replaced. Oh Fey...

Feyenoord were rescued by a last minute goal, winning 4-3! Now guess who scored that goal? Yes, right, the guy who replaced Clasie at the end of the match... Smile

Kovacic has arrived. Doesn't score for 18 months, and now a hatrick!

Inter 6-0 Stjarnan, 9-0 agg. Good match practice before the league starts this weekend.

    Europe, we are back! Smile

    FUCKING GET IN!!!! ELVIS!!!
    2013/14 UEFA Europa League - Page 8 63aa713519

After 5 years we are back in Europe, not some fucking playoff in july but the real deal! Well, no CL, but Im not too greedy. Cant wait for the draw, hope for some nice away games!! SPUURSSSSS!!!

Great atmoshpere as well...the last second that was. Pathetic that we threw a 3-0, but then again I expected that already, so I was flabberguested when we lead 3-0 and deep down I knew it would go wrong, thats how we roll...but then Elvis, 92th minute!!! I did not expect that! It was Achahbar who replaced Clasie(finally this man get his chance, best player in Holland in the youth ever, but lacks height, speed and power but those skillzzzz)

But the best thing about this is, that Clasie might stay!!

Btw last time we won 4-3 in Europe it was against Bremen I believe, currywurst sauce all over your face Blut!

Why? I'm happy that Feyenoord managed to advance, I really am! At least one of your clubs can experience some European football this season...

But doesn't it make you think how your teams always tend to do well / win when Clasie isn't playing? The moment Van Gaal played him in the WC was the moment 'Golden Willy's' luck ran out, the moment Holland's fate was sealed as they got knocked out. And today, Feyenoord pissed away a three goal lead and almost got knocked out of the competition. Then Clasie is replaced at the end of the match and you manage to win it in the dying seconds. Coincidence? Don't think so pal, don't think so...

That makes no sense, Holland with Clasie significantly improved the field play. And when a team is gonna play all or nothing. You get your defenders and playmakers off and put a tall or a pacey black man on.

Clasie wasnt great today, but still our best player in our sorry ass squad. Also he got subbed for Achahbar!

Well, sort of. Napoli won't be happy about being in the Europa league.

It does mean more CL money for Juve and Roma.

Yup, if Juve make the 2nd round, they will again make more money than the champions... Inter's got to get into that gravy train soon!

What a terrible draw for Everton Doh

Villarreal was more lucky though, Legia too.

Of course Celtic once again was super lucky, not only they avoided Legia, but they also got relatively poor opponents. Probably still too strong for them though Laugh

They are the Feyenoord of Belgium...im worried more about off the pitch actions. Great stadium they have and great atmosphere. They arent at their best atm though.

Then again neither are we. Id rather had Gladbach though. Also close and always nice games between us.

Feyenoord should qualify for the next round. Sevilla may be too strong, but you can beat the other two clubs for second place.

Well considering the good new today, we might, but still lack a striker and fullbacks and a keeper. Sevilla away we will get dicked, but no matter, I always wanted to go there to see Sevilla-Betis, this is a good reason.

Apparently, there are two clubs from Limassol. AEL Limassol who got spanked by Spurs and Apollon Limassol (or just "Limassol"), who actually knocked out the bloody Russians from Lokomotiv.

That is the only thing EL is good for... though now that the EL winner gets to play CL, maybe its a competition worth fighting for...

They should scrap this boring group stage and make it a KO competition again though... and stop letting in CL dropouts. Instead of giving EL to the 3rd placed team in CL groups, give them like a few million prize money.
