Brazil-Mexico-France-Italy would be an interesting group. Whistle

We could also have Switzerland, Iran, Algeria, Bosnia FFS.

Colombia, Belgium and Switzerland as top seeds may fuck everything up.

Well not everything, they just make it a bit more...interesting.

If you can't survive a hard group, you don't deserve to be champion. Yes some have it easier some not, but in the end...there are enough games to show that you are the best.

France in Pot3 means that one of the 4 top seeded south americans will get them! So chances for Brazil or Argentina in a tough group are increased.

Yeah why don't they just create the groups how they like them and tell everyone: Better accept our decision, if you want to be world champion you have to defeat all your opponents anyway.

Well when was the last time England was in a hard group anyway, might as well put Holland in group 2. God, if only they didnt play fuckin Indonesia.

Still, it shows how mongoloid FIFA is and that a couple of European FA's need to break away from it and start their own version.

Most likely, it's such a dodgy organisation. As long as Brazil/Nike wins they will be happy. Though on the other hand, a true champ beats all the teams out there. I mean, Holland has JC and HSWHW, that's also a form of cheating!

Fairly good draw! THough no way, France will go to pot 2, Platini makes sure of that. Expect faily easy draws for them and Switserland.

was it the last euros where the real draw came out exactly the same as the practice or did I imagine that?

It seems groups ABCD will breed a finalist and EFGH will breed the other finalist. In this case, I want to avoid Uruguay, Argentina and France. The rest are welcome on Brazil's side. The best for us I think would be Colombia, Switzerland and Belgium.

I think thats nearly a perfect draw. Given that group A-D and E-H play mini tournaments until the final, the favourites are well split, France get a tough group and everything else looks interesting.
If this was in 2002 it would be have been the real draw and we had our usual Losglück. But nowadays we get harder groups too Biggrin

Can't wait for the total banana draw today though with all good teams in A-D and easy side E-H ...
