Okay, as things stand the seedings are like this! And I believe the draw will be in a few weeks.

FIRST POT: South Africa, Spain, Brazil, Italy, Germany, Argentina, England, France

SECOND POT: Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Switzerland, Greece, Serbia, Denmark, Slovakia

THIRD POT: Ivory Coast, Ghana, Cameroon, Nigeria, Algeria, Paraguay, Chile, Uruguay / Costa Rica

FOURTH POT: Japan, South Korea, North Korea, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Mexico and Honduras.

Pot three looks stronger then two, so Holland will be in the Group of Death as always.

In this thread you can also predict your favourite possible group and also the group Germany will be in!

Well, who should be instead? England got to QF of the last 2 World Cups = top 8 team.

Yup, the fact that Holland had a flawless campaign didnt help either! But it was against small teams.

Seeding should be done based on FIFA RANKINGS!

On the other Henry, Holland usually is better against the bigger names, brings out the best in us.

Alright Fey, you know I like you, but Holland SHOULD be in one of the toughest groups in the WC since you were practically given a free pass to South Africa 2010.

The pots have nothing to do with relative strengths of the countries, but rather continent affiliation. IF we were to judge actual strengths of the given pots, then pot 4 (them Concacaf and AFC teams) is stronger than pot 2 (where the Euro shite lies, bar Portugal and Holland of course).

Portugal or even Holland should be top seeds instead of England. Some people will make the case "but England have been to the last two quarterfinals in the WCs"...BULL FUCKING SHITE! England were given a HUGE push by the refs to make it to the quarterfinal. Remember that Ecuador game last time, and the refs givings Becks like 20 free kicks in the game?

Just for fun I'd like to see our English friends get Portugal, Chile, and a CONCACAF team. It's too bad that they don't get an African team along with a South American team. Lucky c**ts!

For some reason (is it based purely on FIFA rankings? ) all the shite European teams (bar Holland and to a certain extent Portugal) have gone into Pot 2, while Pot 3 looks much stronger with all the African and a couple of South American teams there.

If it stays like this there'll be lots of potential Groups of Death. Good from a neutral's perspective, but it'll result in some top teams getting knocked out early, and garbage teams ending up in the knockout stages.
