Should be winning at Hull, no excuses. Same team that drew at Everton but Sakho and Sturridge in for Skrtel and Allen would do me.

Steven Gerrard could become a centre-back - Brendan Rodgers    http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/25158730

There use to be an old bake bean commercial 70's "wish I was brainy like you Rodgers (brian)"  lol! Now if he does get on the field and plays CB for poo poo  can they bloody well hurry it up for the WC  The papers would have a hay day Gerrard the saviour of English Footy………….. Seriously folks it is worth him giving it a go.

Thats not as bad as it sounds most CB's we have right now a not that good.
they're better at it than an old centre mid who has never played there. It would be ludicrous.
Borro it does sound nuts. He does have one gift that of reading the game and when it intercept the ball then play it. the CB has the advantage of seeing everything unfold in front of him at the back covering the front oppositions strikers is his only main concern and last ditch tackles.
He's not very good at reading when it's safe to pass back to the keeper. Lets not pretend he is an intelligent player.
He has made many mistakes agree. When I meant reading play from an intersection point of view he is excellent. Another CB can mark the main attacker he is much better with the ball than any CB we have ever had in his time as a player. It is not as crazy as it sounds.

I guess you do not rate Rodgers…… Basketball thats okay, I like the idea of a quarter back approach someone that drives the team forward from the back

Giroud through on goal but doesn't shoot because he thinks Ozil had a flick at the pass to make him off side. We have the ludicrous situation of him in the box with the ball standing there not off side waiting for the flag/tackle to come. Embarrassing

    RAMSEY!!!

    What a header!

Is there anything the boy can't do? Next time we should play him in goal, I reckon he could be a very good goalkeeper ok

Very tight game, therefore very difficult for attacking players to really stand out, but we have been solid defensively. We saw 3 moments of brilliance in the 1st half; Wilshere's shot that hit the bar, Ozil's pass and Ramsey's brilliant header.

We should continue pressing high up the pitch, pinning them in their half, we need that 2nd goal to kill off the match. Sitting on a 1-0 lead against a set piece team is a very dangerous thing to do.

And please no cheap free kicks and corners in our half, what the hell was Gibbs thinking?!

GOAL - Cardiff 0-3 Arsenal - Aaron Ramsey (90 mins)

What scenes. Theo Walcott breaks away on the counter, lays it back for Aaron Ramsey who hammers a shot into the top corner. The Cardiff crowd serenade him 'there's only one Aaron Ramsey' and he responds with the Cardiff 'Ayatollah' celebration. A love-in.

    I hope Cardiff get relegated.

Expected wins for Arsenal and Everton. Newcastle asking some serious questions (I did predict they'd have a good season) and a really tasty super duper Sunday to look forward to. This season is the bees!
