1990 vs Argentina: gifted a penalty
1994 vs Belgium: ref didn't give a clear penalty to Belgium. Also Helmer should have easily been red-carded.
2002 vs USA: Torsten Frings handball on the goal line. Penalty and red card.
2006 vs Sweden: ridiculous red card to swedish player
2010 vs England: english goal was disallowed.
All knockout stage matches. Germany won three of them by one goal margin.
During that period, as far as I remember Brazil were helped by the ref against Turkey (2002) and Ivory Coast (2010) in the group stage and against Belgium (2002) in the knockout stage.
The most helped nation by the refs over the past 25 years!

Penalty looked legit actually, very clumsy defending. Pepe is an idiot, but did expect them to defend better at least. Löw's plan to play quick and technical forwards vs. The Portuguese defence was the right decision.
