Neymar is the Barcelona player who ran most in the 2014/2015 Champions League - 123074 metres #fcblive [via @barca19stats]

It's the European Super Cup tonight vs Sevilla. Neymar isn't playing because of illness. It should be a fascinating game though.

Well deserved win for us. We should have had a few penalties though but I suppose Perez spent most of his budget on referee's this year.

I thought Rafinha and Sergi Roberto played well. As they did in earlier games this season. #LaMasia

Neymar clutch in another big game.

Now we have won at the San Mames and Vicente Calderon. We have also beat a defensively strong Malaga side at home. <Ale>

     Enrique  <Ale>

    Més que un club.

Mateo Mahoz failed to give us 3 penalties against us (Atletico), this referee has a history of helping Real Madrid and hindering us (Barcelona).

only the 2nd one is a worthy claim; the only one where the hand went towards the ball.

The hand doesn't have to go towards the ball for it to be a handball. Read the rules, look at the third one. The ball was going in the goal if it hadn't hit Godin's hand.

No it weren't. He was positioned just outside his 6 yard box. Which is the right position to be in when a player has the ball by the halfway line. It was one of the best CL goals ever, freak goal.

He barely makes any effort to get back. The ball was in the air for a long long time and he's more or less content to watch it sail in.

Because there was no way he was getting it. Goalkeepers do that all the time when they get lobbed, in fact some just stand there motionless. He can be a bit dodgy coming off his line but I genuinely don't think you can blame him for a freak goal like that. Right in the top corner from the half way line (by the touchline too) with power, I have never seen a goal like it.
