Fey wrote:Ginger Pirlo aint the greates, but there are worse players in that team. Poor Janmaat. Just put him RW, he cant defend anyway.

Cisse is arguably worse, simply because the ball bounces off him, and he can't even finish anymore. But Colback can't do anything either, he jogs about way off the pace, he looks like he never wants the ball, then when he does get it he just plays it to the nearest player in space. I've never seen a more pointless midfielder, atleast Smith and Butt charged about lunging at people so you knew they were there.

You don't watch La Liga. So massive fail. Come back when an English team has a chance of winning a European trophy. Maybe if the DPL spends another billion next summer one of your clubs can win something.

Chelsea fans where singing this to Peter Cech yesterday - "You should've died, you should've died, that day in Reading, you should have died."

I expect nothing less from the most scummiest club in football.

Biggrin In a few weeks we will see the best of the EPL go against a Sevilla who may be still at the bottom of the table in La "only two teams" Liga. Tables don't lie they say.

The best trick of Suárez while in the EPL was to make some people believe that Rodgers is a good manager. Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh

    Liverpool 4 - 0 Norwich

    You heard it here first.

Norwich would lose 10 to ZERO to a lot of La Liga teams. They wouldn't be able to pass the ball beyond the halfway line. TFS! Ale

No games in La Liga until later on today so I'll watch Southampton vs club of the devil. Then I'll catch the second half of Dortmund vs Leverkusen.

The club of the devil has a very soft belly. Me wonders if Pellé, Tadić and Mané can see what's right in front of them. Surely Koeman can see it. If he can not then he's no manager.

I can't believe that some people still don't understand that it was all thanks to Suárez. Rodgers had nothing to do with that second place finish in '13-14 season. Stuppidge and Stealing owe Suárez their careers and every cheque they get. TFS!

Suárez scored 12 goals and had 5 assists against Norwich in the last 5 games between both teams - which were blowouts mostly with Suárez running riot and making Rodgers, Stuppidge and Stealing look good. Both Stuppidge and Stealing are frauds just like Rodgers.

Some people will never understand. lol!

I would've fired Rodgers immediately after the last game of '14-'15 season.

But we clearly didn't sign him to sell shirts in Asia. We signed him because - shock horror - he's a good player who is expected to improve the first team. Therefore, the statement stands because anyone with a brain cell can see that's the case.

The selling shirts in Asia wont make sense anyway. Everyone there buys a fake shirt that came out of the same factory as western shirts.

Speaking of fake, I guess the real Kane is in Asia.

Post by Luis Sun Sep 20, 2015 10:29 pm

It was a funny game today because for periods I sat there thinking that I'd seen reasons why I am still behind Rodgers. Sturridge, Benteke, Coutinho interplay; it didn't always come off, it wasn't as sharp as it will be but I saw glimpses of the football I know Rodgers can get us producing. I saw Moreno marauding down the flank, causing danger and I know this is what Rodgers can do with full backs and wide players because I've seen it at Swansea and for periods with us with Sterling and Enrique.

I thought we were comfortable throughout, if not always impressive. There were spells where it was clear we were trying to gel - Milner in particular found it tough when going forward and it illustrated how big a miss Henderson will be.

Ings was fantastic when he came on. His will to fight for the ball and his passion alone was enough to get the crowd going but the finish was lovely and something we are really lacking at the moment, that clinical edge. Coutinho continues to need 6 shots to score one goal (and he couldn't even muster that today).

But then there are the things that make me think Brendan's days are numbered in a big way now. The same old shit from Mignolet. He has never been good enough to be our first choice and is too often a liability. Sakho and Skrtel did well predominantly but then you really have to wonder how Rodgers could ever have preferred Lovren over Sakho. Does he still prefer Lovren and is bowing to fan pressure? And why did Moreno not start at Old Trafford over a clearly struggling Gomez?

James Milner was pretty awful. He lost the ball countless times and added nothing to our fluidity yet it's Lucas who is withdrawn for Firmino. Lallana was impressive for spells in midweek but doesnt start.

I think Rodgers' fate is sealed by the reaction at Anfield. Not since Hodgson has there been boos. It's often dropped points to these sorts of teams that leads to the inevitable sacking and when you're going into games against Norwich and next week against Villa at home not really expecting a win, not expecting many goals and definitely expecting some defensive f**k up you know it's probably time for change.

I can't see any other result than Rodgers not being here for next season so in order to salvage something before the season becomes a write off maybe it's best to make the change now but then as I said the other day I'm unsure who could come in and change things at the minute.

I think we'll get better attacking wise but the defence will never improve under Rodgers it seems and not having Henderson just compounds the situation.

It's a sad state of affairs but I think the club has really died since Rafa left on and off the pitch and if we continue it won't be too long before we become like Villa and Newcastle - just another 'big club' that never actually does anything of note.
