Didn't watch the evening game, seems I got lucky there. Croatia seem to have a habit of looking promising in groups and then disappointing. Real chance for Poland or Wales to make final, though if Belgium are ever to live up to hype this has to be the tournament

O'neil has a attacking side out there. They are not sitting back but they are defending excellently at this time. Shane Long done well to make that penalty this is Brian Clough footie. My fellow posters. But can this keep going.

Thats because he is not that good. He is being hyped cause he is young and black. But how many of them keep improving themself? Exactly, same story as with the TBWs.

He wont win the Euros for France, Griezmann can do it tho. He stood up today like Zidane used to do.

Feel really bad for Ireland and it was an impressive fight from them. They made France look brittle. To use the cliche they showed a lot of heart and I thought they tried to get forward as well. Even towards the end with 10 men they still looked like they could create something. This must be very worrying for Deschamps that he can't get this team looking cohesive no matter what formation he puts on.

Pogba has been a major disappointment so far and I can't see why he can't get it on. Only Payet has been consistent although Griezman was boss today and I think he will now be played behind a striker. The problem is that Pogba didn't seem to cover well next to Matuidi in the second half so Kante has to play next game to compensate and then you will enough good players (Payet, Griezman, Coman) in comfortable positions and hope Pogba can muddle through or grow into it. England will fancy their chances and they should definitely play Vardy for that game and play on the counter.

Germany looking great going forward but Slovakia created more chances and danger than you would expect so the probable Germany vs Spain game in the quarterfinals looks very promising since Spain's defence isn't looking as solid either.

Really is a golden opportunity for them. Wales QF and Portugal/Poland SF. They really should be making the final, the biggest danger is Bale or Ronaldo having a stormer against them.
