Seeing as Sunderland are down in the lower leagues it would be either Liverpool or Man U, both have a certain arrogance that Chelsea and Arsenal don't have(as much).
They remind me of the Harry Enfield character that use to say "I am considerably richer than yow". If you argue that one of your players is better than one of theirs they're likely to say "won an FA Cup 20 years, we're great, suck that". Liverpool probably edge it through their sheer crazy bias though.

I think at one point a few seasons ago they had the best manager in the world, the best left back in the world, the best centre back in the world, the best central midfielder in the world, the best player in the world, played the best football in the world and couldn't get past the second round of the Champions league.

Bayern must be the most hated club in the league, not just because it's the most successful one. Guys like Hoeneß did their part, they really are the most arrogant club in Germany, and one of the most arrogant clubs in the world.
Still, you have to respect them for their achievements. Bayern are the benchmark.

Another club I really despise, although less than Hamburg, is Wolfsburg. They are a so called "plastic club" with no history, they play awful football, they are so damn provincial. Everything just stinks about this club, that's why most wanted them to be relegated last season. Unfortunately, they somehow managed to beat Kaiserslautern in the relegation struggle.
Leverkusen is a plastic club as well, but they play good football at least, and their fans are ok also.

I am a Bayern follower if not a supporter ,
I agree arrogance is there , but Bayern should really be respected for what they have done , not only in the bundesliga but also representing Germany in the champions league year after year , the only German club thought to be a big(massive) giant of European football.
