    agreed with Kasnani as well.

Another, perhaps slightly minor reason, is that generally the best club teams have better players than almost all national sides (except for Brazil).

I don't think passion comes into it really.

Maybe there may also be some personal wrangling going on at international level because of club rivalry. In Spain this happens mainly between Valencia players and RM players, but also between Valencia and Barça players. Valencia players are just a bit difficult. I think they secretly feel undervalued and inferior to their colleagues from the big teams.

Some players are better for their country than for their club.

Milan Baros is an obvious example...

I actually think the Chelsea-Barca game will end 3-1 chelsea. Drogba to get 2 and a Ballack Penalty after Puyol handballs it.

Hopefully this time Puyol will be sent off for his slide tackles from behind. Sickening to see him get away with it last year Wink

Let's hope Valdes doesn't start anymore Olympic diving acts near Drogba and Carvalho too ok

IMHO I think we will draw or loose away and, hopefully, win at home.. The team is still not playing well, and this international break won't improve things..

I don't know what is going on with Edmílson.. he usually is solid enough, though not spectacular, as the defensive midfield.. he seems totally despistado!! And it is not physical, but rather lapses of concentration..
