    European Champions? Empty European Champions?

Post by Dwarf Wed Oct 11, 2006 8:04 pm

    The superpowers being:-

England, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Holland and Portugal.

Apart from Portugal, and I believe Germany, every other nation dislikes there manager. And one has to question how likely a "smaller" nation is of winning the competition?

    Angulo: baahh
    Navas: Not mentally ready

Navas is brilliant its just he has some sort of psychological problem with spening time away from home and going on long trips with his club thats why he hasnt been called up for Spain yet. But apparently he has recovered so i guess its just a matter of time before he gets a call up.

We don't get coverage of Sevilla's games so it is a bit difficult to say. Navas' problem is that he is very mentally "delicate", meaning that he gets depressed at times, and I think it would be stupid to put too much pressure on him, as he is still very young.. Hopefully in a few years he will be more stable, as he has the potential to become world class.
