What a load of crap.
Adriano has been dropped, Mancio does not like him, he is playing like shit, a complete liability to the team, and thats what it is.
I guess Moronatti now regrets turning down the £70 M offer for Chelski 18 months ago....
Inter send Adriano to Rio

Adriano’s “leave of recuperation” will begin with a flight to Rio de Janeiro for at least a week before he’ll consider returning to Inter.
The club surprised many last night when releasing a statement confirming that Adriano had agreed a leave of absence with Coach Roberto Mancini so that he could regain his best form.
The striker has been struggling badly this season and hasn’t scored an official goal for the Nerazzurri since March.
It’s now reported that he’ll fly out to Brazil on Tuesday to rest with his family for at least a week before beginning a new personalised training schedule.
L’Imperatore won’t be called up for this Sunday’s match with Udinese, or the upcoming encounters with Livorno and Spartak Moscow.
With Hernan Crespo, Julio Cruz and Alvaro Recoba back to full fitness, Adriano’s services are no longer urgently required and they hope to use this time to get him something resembling his old self.
However, there are also claims that the recuperation programme could include a six-month loan from January.
It’s noted that agent Gilmar Rinaldi will arrive in Milan for talks on Monday and it’s believed they’ll discuss the possibility of a sabbatical elsewhere in Europe.
“I am perplexed by this decision to separate Adriano from the squad and his Coach,” noted ex-Inter defender Fulvio Collovati on datasport.it.
“When a player isn’t well physically and psychologically, as far as my experience taught me, he should train more and stay closer to his teammates. The only positive thing I can see from this decision is that at least it was a mutual one with Mancini.”
Perhaps suffering from saudade – homesickness for Brazil – Adriano hopes to find his smile again in Rio, but it’s not an idea Collovati agrees with.
“Maybe it would’ve been wiser to let him feel the warmth at Inter rather than sending him all the way back to Brazil.”
There are also concerns over how his weight gain will be affected by a spell of total rest with his family.
“Right now Adriano is slow and has difficulty getting past opponents, so he needs to train more, not less. He has to understand that in Italy, if you don’t run, you’ll get nowhere and can struggle even against Catania.”
