Villa's only 24, Toni's 29.

Plus, given our current strikers, I'd rather that extra yard of pace, than a few extra pounds of power. If you can understand that...

Micheal Essien, he would add what we miss and that is a hard tackling midfielder with a great engine.
He also not only a destroyer,he also offers alot when the team is attacking.

I think we are close to getting Marcelo. Id prefer us getting a decent center mid that could actually move the the ball around. Xabi Alonso would be ideal

I have no doubt in my mind that the top priority in Capello's mind at the mo is a top class CB or a LB. Surely Nesta or Chivu would probably make more difference to Real right now than Eto'o???????????????????

but can Giggs be dropped on current form, i think not. Man Utd could do with Essien or a better finisher then Saha, who is also quick e.g. Eto'o.

I was only fucking with Kasnani, i know we dont need Etoo. Like i said we need a decent center mid more.

That is too attacking batman , thats like playing 6 attack minded players ,Kaka doesnt track back as well as Giggs and he and Rooney will probably be in each other way.

basically anyone who can play as RW or LW to support Huntelaar..

Sure, he really seems to enjoy playing against us these days, but I still can't hate the fucker. He's one of ours. He just has so much skill and I think would really suit the team right now; with Quaresma and Nani on the wings...well, we'd be set.

Of course I could ask for Ronaldo back or Crespo, but that's never gonna happen...not at the present time at least (Ronaldo back to Sporting one day, who knows? Not a dream of mine, but it could happen and would prob be great for the club).

A request for Quaresma, although impossible to follow through on, seems more realistic to me. I can only hope Porto will sell him on soon...

Forget Gago, we need somebody in the mould of Poulsen, Gattuso etc.. somebody to break up counterattacks, get possession and then passing the ball on to a creative player..
