I'm talking about Tugays (I think) 'tackle' on Ronaldo when he was going to out-run him, now i cant believe that wasn't even a yellow card, it was so deliberate, not only did he stop him from a scoring chance but his foot was high as well.

If that is not even a yellow card then what does it take to get a red?

He's always been a cynical player.

Can't believe Hughes said he was the outstanding player on the pitch. Rolling Eyes

Nah it must be said the ref was ridiculous. Every free kick they were 6 yards maximum, that kick was outrageous, then he picks him up as if to say i didnt touch you, and no card at all.
I bet if ronaldo dived next week which he wont, it would be replayed millions of times, and how it's such a disgrace to the sport. He should be banned etc Doh No protection he should dive

Encrochment is an annoyance that happens every game and Mcarthy got booked for it, how many times can Riley book players for it? If he does it too much people will complain he is bieing nitpicky, if he doesn't then again people complain about encrochment.

In Brazil refs spray a can of something on the pitch 10 yards from the kick and if players pass that line they get booked. I'd like to see that implemented here.

Not to mention he has to watch what happens there as well as what happens elsewhere.

Interesting attempt to solve the problem. We should do the same with the positions for throw-ins. I'm bloody sick of seeing fullbacks run fully 20 yards further up the pitch from where the ball went out, just to gain a petty little advantage.
