yeah it's on RTE.. noway did henry dive.. ball went over the top and taylor got on henry's wrong side and dragged him back.. needless foul as he was heading towards the corner. but it was an awesome goal. have to say every part of given's game has been brilliant. his reading of where the shots are going to go is world class..

just finished one one.. great heart from newcastle even if you showed so little ambition. would be shocked if you had more than the one shot but dyer's goal was absolutly brilliant. also martins

The ref has been very dire for the Man U game today. 2 Penalities not given and several stupid decisions.

No offence to Kimbo but if you can't beat Newcastle at home in there current form, you seriously can't expect to win the Championship.

Fucking hammered them for 90 minutes non stop. rooney two fantastic goals, but it should of been a lot more. ronaldo came to life last 30 minutes, but he missed one really easy chance, then he missed an open goal from 2 yards, he could of taken it down, and rolled it into an empty net, but he just hit it over

true but it's a typical arsenal game these days.. teams come and play nine at the back and then somehow score with their only shots of the game. arsenal need to just start hammering the ball into the box in these sort of games

The ref in the was off to say the least. Rooney took his goals well. Ronaldo did miss a sitter and seemed a little off his game today.

I can't believe I'm typing this, but along with Given the Man of the Match was probably Bramble!!!

Dyer has always been a class player when fit.

Still needs a couple of months of injury free football before he's considered by England though.

Where did dryer play right midfield?

England is going to be 4-3-3 with cole and lennon, dyer would be good for either of those positions also.

nah probably parker. .. I actually rate nemo so won't be slating him here

wouldn't actually be a bad move from roeder to just stick with butt and parker in the middle. at least it's solid and provides some much needed shelter for bramble and co but obviously emre helps with possession. but dyer and martins will be a threat for most teams on the break and if two of your many wingers actually start performing then you should be moving up the table quite rapidly soon. hopefully that's the end of the horrific injury list.

It would be a very good idea, for me Parker needs a holding player next to him because, despite what people say, this isn't his best role. He's a box to box player. If anyone wants to take Emre and his 60k a week wages off our hands then they can.

I said that a couple of weeks ago. Parker has to do all the work in that midfield because Emre is just there to pass. So if Parker bombs forward there is so much room for other teams in central midfield.

Butt may be well past it but he at least defends and works hard.
