Brilliant player. Should be playing for a top 5-6 side,

would you sign him for your club given the chance?

He's currently pulling all of Villa's strings (as per usual) tonight.

Hugely underrated, can only think of one other player more underrated in the Prem- Henri Camara.

Any others who virtually look like a one man team at times?

well o'neill has been moaning about his form for the past month. very good player and could maybe make it at a top 4 club. spurs probably the perfect level though.

I’ve been watching him for years now and I’ve always expected a greater contribution from him. In that respect, I think he is overrated.

I would sign him as a squad player if I was the manager of a bigger club, but I don’t think he is good enough to play regularly for a team looking for European and domestic success.

Yeah, I think he would be a good acquisition for Celtic. The impression I get, however, is that some Celtic fans aren’t too keen on the prospect of Pressley playing for them.

His signing would allow them to get rid of Balde who has been terrible since returning from injury. He certainly isn’t worth £30,000 per week in Strachan’s system.

I gather that although David Murray is keen for Pressley to return to Ibrox, Le Guen isn’t. I imagine Le Guen thinks he isn’t technically good enough for Rangers. If that’s then, in my opinion, Le Guen has missed the point of defending again. It’s the player’s ability to defend first that is important, not his ability on the ball.

To be honest no, as we have Cesc who very rarely gets injured, but the guy doesn't go unnappreciated. A top player and could easily make the step up to a top side IMO

i thinik he'd be a good signing and would mean celtic could play an experienced central defender with mcmanus. Also mean this year celtic would have signed both hibs and hearts captains Laughing

He met with Strachan today, but given his previous relationship with Burley it’s plausible that he could play in England.

Burley's got a proven record of signing players who've done well under him previously who were courted by bigger clubs. Skacel, Idiakez, Rasiak, all could have gone to bigger clubs, but chose Saints because of Burley.

we're not far off a top 5-6 side to be fair...

i didn't see the game tonight but the last few games he's been fairly anonymous. he started well but dipped in form a bit so it's good to hear he's back to his best, certainly good for him to get his first goal Smiley

yeah i didn't even respond to that. finished higher than spurs for something like 9 out of the first 10 premiership seasons. it's only the last 2 years where we went backwards and they got themselves sorted out.

I try not to discuss Spurs too much as Im too Biased..and go against them in anything...I just think they are a bit overhyped...always dont live up to expectations!
