apparently this brilliant carreer move happened to make sure they will not throw anymore pig's heads on the pitch while he playing. Beitar Yerusalayem was the other option.

    Don't blame him personally.

When people look back they will think of that World Player of the Year that played for Sporting, Barcelona, Real Madrid and possibly Inter. No one will remember this move in a few years time.

3 million is amazing for just one season.

Didn't Batistuta get a Bentley for each goal he scored?

    Terrible move Figo! Doh

He should do another season at Inter and then finish his career at Sporting.

That would be great, but I must admit we can't fight against so many millions.

Hopefully this BS, it would totally ruin his career.

Sporting, Barca, Real, Inter Not a bad CV

And i doubt it, With Inter on course to win the Serie A will Figo really leavle? Highly unlikely, he would end up with two Serie A medals if he stuck around, mind you he isnt on a bad wage at Inter something along the lines of Galactico wages he uses to get a Real.

Show some respect to one if not the best winger in world football -- master class!

Damn, 6 million EUR for 6 months????

I think he is deciding for family - with 6 months he can end definetly his career with the money he wants, instead of one and a half year.

A pitty, though. Well, Pelé had Cosmos, Eusébio had Boston, Monterrey, Las Vegas, Toronto, Cruyff LA and other...
