    about time to Daniel Carvalho gets his chance again.

    all he needs now is to leave Russia for Spain then IMHO we are going to be talking about as one of the top 5 best AM Players in the world.

    He plays for Shaktar Donetsk. 25 years old, good goalscorer from midfield his record is something like 2 every 6 games, which for a midfielder is quite good. Got 15 in his last season for Santos. 4 goals in 13 european games.

    He's not even the best Brazilian attacking midfielder at Shaktar though. Matuzalem and Jadson would have been much more deserving of a call up.

    Elano is a very good player he's a winger or an AM he used to be at Santos he was impressive but the headlines went to Diego/Robinho now days he plays for Shaktar in Ukraine(God knows why? Shocked Shocked Shocked ) he was subject of intrest from PSV last season hopefully they come back in for him.

    some V Good Brazilian Talents in the Ukraine,Russia etc etc IMHO Cool

    Norway remain the bogey team of Brazil. 1-1 final score.

    But the young Brazilian squad had a good match according to German TV.

    norway and hungary are the only teams with positive records against brazil...

    the didn't play bad, but the game was boring.

    among the ones that played, I think Cicinho, Lúcio, Juan, Gilberto, Gilberto Silva, Edimílson, and Robinho will be in the starting eleven from now on.

    Luso, what do you think of the story about Liedson wanting Portuguese nationality and wanting to play for the Quinas?

    @Lusitan

    I think he'd do really well for us, just the kind of player Portugal needs. That said, National team football is just that, a team comprised of players of the same nationality, it's not club football. In club football you're free to choose the best players you can get your hands on, international football is supposed to represent something else.

    He simply isn't Portuguese and therefore has no place in our squad, regardless of the advantages he would bring.

    For me the main problem is that if we keep doing this it may get out of hands, as any brasilian player in Portugal who couldn't get to the Canarinha will try to get in our Seleção.
    But it would be great to have a striker like him.

    Strange bump but can anyone tell me how Ole Gunnar Solskjaer faired?

    Fergie said he was incredible in his 45 minutes but then, he would say that.
