Wing-back? Who mentioned wing-backs? It's all out attack, defending is optional for JC.

It works on football manager, kind of.

Gotta love the 3-5-2, if there's one thing people underrate about Gerrard its' his defensive discipline in the Champions League final - without him Serginho could have really changed the game. Joe Cole really needs to be given freedom though - even the Chelsea role is too limited, let alone 4-4-2

So, the England team minus Owen Hargreaves?

Wouldn't play 3-5-2 with England. Neither the palyers, nor the manager grasp how 3-5-2 should be played. McLaren, Carragher, Rio & Terry made beginner's mistakes v Croatia. The biggest: they all thought they were a CD (as was clear by them playing too close to eachother), which they aren't in that system, they need to mark space (it's positional), not be as close to the D as possible.

Not sure I'd have Rio in the team (I'd probably even pick Ledley over him). Vidic has been the main man for United and arguably the best defender in the league this season. Rio almost (and perhaps should've) given you guys 2 goals on Sunday.

Well Terry's been Injured a lot, as has Ledley, Judas has been good, but no better than Linvoy Primus IMO. So Rio & woodgate for me.

All I'd have to do is dunk a bag of plain flour over Rio & Obi'd love him
