When the Champions League draw was made in December, everyone had an opinion on who they thought would go through to the quarter-finals. But after 8 weeks, has your opinion changed?

    First knockout round:
    Roma vs Lyon
    Celtic vs Milan
    PSV vs Arsenal
    Porto vs Chelsea
    Lille vs Man Utd
    Real vs Bayern
    Barca vs Liverpool
    Inter vs Valencia

I am even more convinced than 2 months ago that Roma will give Lyon a shock of their lives... it can turn into a bloody massacre @ Rome if they are on song

Things look better now for Roma than for Lyon, but I'm convinced there will not be a massacre either from Roma or Lyon. Lyon lost a few games but their game was still pretty good, so nothing to worry about. Roma have been flying ... so it should be a very interesting game. I'll say 50-50, because Lyon this year are only interested doing well in Europe so they should improve their way of playing. If they don't, well Roma should go through

You are right. I have recently put it as 51-49 in Roma's favour (only coz of recent form and the fact that it would shock a few people here Wink)

But both teams are capable of massacring the other - its just how they play.... it could easily be Roma's off day and Lyon beating them 3-0 as the other way round.

IMO this is the most interesting match-up of this round. Can't wait.
