    Scenario 1

Liverpool beat PSV, Chelsea beat Valencia meaning and all english semi final and a repeat of 2 years ago, meanwhile United beat Roma and then beat Bayern or Milan meaning an all English final

    scenario 2

Psv beat Liverpool, and then beat Chelsea or Valenica in the semis meaning they will play in the final that they should really have played in 2 seasons ago, Roma beat United and then play Milan in an all Italian semi final and beat them meaning the two underdogs play each other in the final.

haha that would be something wouldn't it, a repeat final, it would be good i suppose but a final against United is just an absolute dream game for anyone that understands the rivalry, I just hope we get to the final because I have a good chance of being there and I never got to go to Istanbul so being in Athens would make up for it

    Obviously voted number 1.

However playing Liverpool and contemplating losing the final, doesn't bare thinking about.

The depressing thing is, if we'd beat PSV and drawn Liverpool I'd have been confident of us getting to the semi's

3-1 even - it was 3-0 then Roma got a consolation late on.

Cassano back then was quality, what a waste

I said 2, but I'm not sure who I'd want to win, PSV or Roma.

Don't have anything against either club, but PSV already has one and would only distance Dutch football that much more in terms of European cups in realtion to Portugal.

If Roma wins it, they'll really be convinced they're a big club and it'll be yet another club that has won while my Sporting still hasn't even reached the damn final...

    Chelsea v Man United - possibly 11 .. or 8

    Liverpool v Man United - possibly 9 .. or 7

Man United - Neville, Brown*, Rio, Carrick, Scholes, Rooney, Smith*

    *or Vidic & Saha

    Chelsea - Terry, A.Cole, Lampard, J.Cole*

    * depends on what formation Jose plays ..

    Liverpool - Gerrard, Carragher

    as a Liverpool fan it's a lose/lose/lose situation

losing to Chelsea would be unbareable, but if we do get to the final we'd then be favourites to beat Milan - the media hype would be unbelievable as would the pressure. Imagine if the scoreline were 3-0 at half time? Every second would be under scrutiny and directly compared.

Playing United in the final would mean the chance to lose to United in the final - the thought of which is unbearable in itself.

If United clinch the treble in a Champions League Final against Liverpool, it will probably be the death of me.

The way Van der Saar is playing right now I wouldn't be suprised to see United recall English Ben Foster for any final. Their 7th sub will almost certainly be England and Hemel Hempstead's Chris Eagles.

Liverpool will probably start with Gerrard and Carragher as well as England's Peter Crouch and English Jermaine Pennant. England's Robbie Fowler will be on the bench and certainly be involved if Extra time is needed.

Wayne Bridge is English and Carlo Cudicini can be if he wants ok

    Kaka is from Tring.

    @ Luis

I'd play Bellamy and Kuyt if Liverpool face Manchester United in the final

Bellamy caused Vidic so much problems with his pace and Kuyt could 'steal a goal' .. or you could play Crouch

I'm not saying Crouch is a bad player, he has been on form in the last couple of weeks and showing his true self, i always think he is a target man .. not a 'out & out' forward. Still he can cause problems when he is getting the right service and he has no excuse with Pennant (if he plays), Alonso and Gerrard providing.
