The "What If" Scenario

What if.
What if God was one of us?
What if Giggs was English?
What if Southgate had scored *that* penalty?

But a pretty important "what if" is that of:

What if Abramovich had only reluenquished Chelseas debts then buggered off? What if instead of staying on and supporting the club and giving them unlimited funds, he left after solving the problems and just decided that was it?

Would we be looking at a scenario that would be Arsenal winning the league in 04/05? and Man Utd having a clear running in the league this season? Would Rafa be winning the league with Pool by now? Or would other teams have problems with him. There would be no Mourinho, so would Claudio "tinkerman" Ranieri still be in charge? Would Chelsea be loved by more fans throughout the premiership? and none of the new plastic fans?

We'd be back to back Champions and Essien would playing in our midfield.

And Robben

Probably Ballack and Mikel too.
