I would have thought that as jesus you'd be the first to know if he was wicked. As for awesome, do you mean in comparison to coca~cola?

If Northern Ireland qualify for Euro 2008 he'll deserve a knight hood if he keeps this form up. An astonishing run.

Re: David Healy
The commentators were saying last night that he is now fifth in the list of all time home nations goalscorers
playing for Norn Iron this is a phenomenal achievement
and his value this summer was £1 million ....

Its a total mystery, because in truth he's hardly set the world alight at Club level, which is often deemed easier than International level. Yet he's the man on the International scene.
He's at fulham now by the way this season, not Leeds, for those who werent aware.

Never was a problem when van Nistelrooy was banging them in like that, was there?

they DID qualify for the 82 world cup btw and didn't do badly at all then.
That was back when there were only 24 teams qualified and 14 European teams. They topped their group ahead of Spain and Yugoslavia. They lost out on a SF spot by losing to France.
That was when they had a truly magnificent squad with Pat Jennings, Sammy McElroy, Hamilton, the Nicholls, Gerry Armstrong, and others.
