Real Madrid--thank you Empty Real Madrid--thank you

Post by Forza It Sun Apr 15, 2007 4:00 pm

I just want to express my gratitude to Real Madrid for agreeing to sell Ronaldo. I have to be honest, when Ronaldo came to Milan I was cautiously optimistic at best, but my oh my is he coming into his own.

He has shed weight, looks happy and has netted 5 goals already; today's was simply class.

When Shevchenko left for Stamford Bridge, I was sort of surprised that our management considered Ronaldo as his replacement. The dominant view of Ronaldo in circulation is that he is past it, that he is moody and overweight.

Whether or not Ronaldo goes on to scale the heights of his earlier career remains to be seen, but one thing remains certain: I don't miss Sheva.

Inter Milan fans should also thank Real for letting Cambiasso go for free.

Middlesbrough fans, for giving them Woodgate on loan.

Ronaldo always does what he's best at, and that is score goals. Media in spain went mental about his weight, although there was some cause for concern he did score the goals.

I saw his goal against Empoli (?) took on 3 defenders and smashed it in! Wow.

PS. Seems the Kaka Ronaldo combo is working.

i told you milan fans that he could do it. the media is just saying crap half the time because everytime he got into to form he got an injurie and so it was easy to say he was bad and past ect. he just needed to have some time where he could play some games to get match fit.

Ironic that when he scores he looks thin and when he doesn't he looks fat. Good luck to him.

I caught the last minutes of Milan's victory against Messina, and saw his goal. The Mancs are very lucky Ronaldo isn't allowed to give them a can of whup ass in CL this season just like he did when he played for Real Madrid.

Oh and to stay on topic, I'd like to say thanks to Real Madrid for letting Beckham go to Los Angeles for free. I'm sure the MLS appreciates that gesture.<Ale>

many clubs across Spain also have to thank RM for handing them their youth products, especially Real Zaragoza.
