Vaz Té keen on Sporting Empty Vaz Té keen on Sporting

Vaz Té has reportedly admited he'd like to play in Portugal some day, and sees Sporting as his ideal club.

A Porto fan from childhood, Vaz has said the fact he has several friends at Sporting, coupled with Paulo Bento being the coach and Sporting being a club that gives it's youth players a chance, he'd pick Sporting as his destination.

He apparently has three years left on his contract at Bolton, but with the change in bosses he's not sure about his future with the club.

Vaz Té was not really spoken of in Portugal before, but he's picked up some admirers as of late, and many Sporting fans would view this as a good deal considering his attributes (height, age, nationality, ability).

What price has Bolton slaped on this kid?

If Bolton don't do well this season, as many people are predicting, then they may well have to let him go for cheap.

Vaz té has blistering pace and skill. His main problem is his legs are too fucking long, and he always looks as though he's about to fall over, which means that as soon as breeze goes past him he dives. He can't shoot or pass either.

SO if we can get 4 million for him I'd be happy.

No way is he worth £4m. Dont get me wrong i think he has potential but he can get anywhere near the Bolton starting 11 and when he does he never scores. I think you should be happy to get £2m for someone as you say cant shoot or pass. I mean we sold Brad Wright-Phillips at 19 last summer for £1m and he is of similar ability.

    Euros or Lbs?

Either way, for a guy that can't shot or pass that seems like a lot of money...more so if you're talking lbs.

I think he is worth a million pounds, then with a sell on fee and maybe a few other add ons. I mean he cant be worth that much, he even struggled to get in the Hull team whilst on loan there last season.

He's not worth more than a million. He's much more likely to turn into a donkey than into a world beater. BUT he's very talented, and we don't need to sell, so I hope we can push prices up.

I don't need him to be a world beater, just to knock in around 15 goals a season in Portugal.

Postiga was a complete flop in England, yet he does well at times in Portugal, and scored for Portugal at National level...so who knows.
