And anything else about FA Cup.

What do you all think of what Dave Kitson said recently?

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/r/reading/7168675.stm

I can understand what he's saying, but the FA Cup means a lot to most British fans. I for one hope Arsenal take it seriously.

It's a chance to go on a magical journey and get to the latter stages, possibly the final, and dream of winning it - before playing painfully bad and being knocked out with ease.

Or we did in 55, it's about as relevant. Neither of us can remember them. Laughing

Btw, big clubs win the league. I think, say, 4 should be the benchmark. Anything below that and you are a bottom feeder. Biggrin <Ale>

Meant more during the pre-Wenger era because we hardly ever were in the title race. Still a great competion though, maybe even more for the clubs outside the big 4, because it's their only chance for a big success.

ah big leo. what a dude. i have very similar memories of his time at shrewsbury. he pissed off a lot of defenders, tapped in the odd 2 yarder and punched chester city's chairman. he's a cult hero in these parts.

I don't know about all this magic bollocks but let's be honest, the FA cup is still a very good cup to win, just because the Spaniards treat their cup like an unwanted twin sister does't mean that the English should too.
