10 top division titles? Tons around europe

3 European cups? You only have 5 clubs that won it at least 3 times:
Real madrid 9, Milan 7, Liverpool 5, Bayern de Munique 4, Ajax 4

No Scotland and Portugal clubs only? Do tell why Portugal are out, just because Porto is dominating at the momment that rules them out? What about Lyon in France? PSV in Holand? or others?I though the criteria was silverware/fans/tradition.

Considering Porto, since we are one of the 6th with 2 wins in the CL i guess that means only five clubs are big. Strange criteria. Suspect

To be honest...Porto are in a big club category...so are teams like Lyon, Marseille, Fenerbahce etc...

People have different criteria for big clubs...I think it's too general overall to just say "big club" You have massive clubs...big clubs...average clubs...tiny clubs etc...

haha Very Happy all he does for us is head the ball, sometimes he scores, but he;s just the usual scary black mother fucker Very Happy
I think Shrewsbury swapped a player with Cambridge, so we could get him.
Also Dave Kitson Very Happy used to play for Cambridge back when we were in League 2 or 1 ( when there was like League 1 League 2 and League 3 )

The media and bbc in particular are trying to make out it's got the magic back again etc etc. But to be honest i don't think many people care about the f.a cup anymore. Hardly any upsets, most small clubs know they're getting nowhere, even if they meet a big team that team will play it's 3rd choice team. I want to win it, but it's not that big a cup anymore.......
I recently saw highlights of the man u arsenal semi in 99, and it seemed to matter a lot more then. Now...would you get such a delighted crowd for winning an f.a cup match? i doubt it

Anyway, the Cup still feels special to me. Going up on the train, seeing fans from everywhere at Euston, much more away fans than usual. Having a chat with fans from somewhere like Blackpool. Probably losing but who cares? Can't wait till Watford Palace.

Liverpool reject Luton's approach to let them have all the gate receipts...Luton are in administration, and have serious cash problems...

Nice to see the bigger clubs helping out eh?

I'm sure other teams have helped clubs in similar ways, by ground switching etc...

Why should we though? There is no need to come out in Public at a bad time for Liverpool and humiliate them further

It's nothing major isit? Kenilworth Road holds 10,200...the share of the gate receipts isn't much...

@Luis...is a few thousand punds much to Liverpool? No...Gerrard earns more in a week than Luton will earn from today, when clubs like Luton go out of business and football starts to become nothing then perhaps someone will do something about the financial mess.

So how is that our responsibility? just because we're playing them? why don't West Ham give them money or better yet Roman Abromavich should give them the money he wipes his arse with after using the toilet

I personally couldn't care less about Luton to be honest, nothing personal, just we have more important things to be worrying about rather than giving a bit of our money to some club in the championship

Why should we help them out? We are not a fucking charity mate. Luton stand accused of a series of charges relating to irregular payments to players & agents.

And yes they should have asked to switch the game to Anfield.

Well today we learned that Liverpool are really stingy twats.
Also Cambridge lost 2-1 to Wolves.
The rev was pretty $h!t, their number 3 was constantly jumping onto Rendells back and we got got naff all.
We got a soft penalty and were 1 nill up, we dominated the first half, but Mick must have said somthing because in the second half Wolves played alright and kinda took the game to us, they made a sub and brought on kyle who went on to score, then with 2 minutes left they scored from a free kick.
But overall they didn't deserve to win, a draw would have been the right result methinks.
