the truth about La Liga Empty the truth about La Liga

    Post by Ä Mon Dec 01, 2008 12:18 pm

according to van Bommel, it's still the best League in the World

he is having none of the EPL HYPE

Polanski, the German at Getafe, thinks that ball-control is better in La Liga than in the Bundesliga, but the art of defending is NOT Spanish

he says that the superior technique and tactics in Spain make up for this compared to the Bundesliga though

he also believes that moving to Spain requires some adjustments: " in Spain everthing is about short-passing"

it really defies belief how Gladbach could have let Polanski, the former captain of our U-21 team, go for nothing

once again: German talents are treated appallingly in the Vaterland

he seems to be getting top reviews in Espana after all

    --------

meanwhile, AS is blaming the decline of Real NOT on Bernd Schuster, but rather on the ridiculous transfer policy of the club

admitting that Schuster WAS RIGHT at the beginning of the season to point out the material he had to work with , was substandard

Marca is positively SCATHING about VDV

Schuster is faced with a mission impossible: converting a handful of overhyped Dutchies and a few over-the-hill Spaniards into a winning team, with a bunch of morons breathing down his German neck from the top, is simply beyond ANY human being

with some luck Rutten will be out on the street by Xmas and Schuster can take over at Schalke in January

then, REal can get a DUTCH world class manager like Hiddink and EVERHITNG will point to WORLD-DOMINATION once again

    lol! Laugh

Real have spent more in the past two seasons than any other club in europe.

    Ergo:

    Schuster = $h!t on a stick.

Now they're looking to bring in Huntelaar. I can imagine a Barca style clear out of the Dutchies once Schuster's out.

the Real transfer policy is the laughing stock of Europe

    Huntelaar to REAL Laugh

Schuster effectively admitted that he had NO say in who is coming in

    Yikes

the first-11 now has about 2 players who are of "Real standard"

at ANY OTHER CLUB (bar Barcelona), Bernando would already have RESIGNED in DISGUST

I would not be surprised , if Calderon and Co got Beckham or Ronaldo back

    Laugh

    ----------------

van Bommel is actually saying a lot of GOOD THINGS at the moment

I am beginning to like the lad

he is clearly thinking like a manager already

he may only have the kind of skill-level we have come to expect from Dutch footballers these days, but he has a sound tactical understanding and speaks his mind, even if this pisses off Klinsi

for that he will have to pay

and his contract will not be renewed

still, he is quickly becoming a hero to honest Germans

Yeah. Real Madrids selling policy has been excellent.

Robinho was never worth £32.5M, and all in cash, no adds on etc, it was a fantastic deal.

We sold the likes of Balbao, Mejia, Pavon all for high fees 6m€/4m€/2m€.

But the buying players has been a mess, not signing a RW or A CF, the two most vunerabe positions in the squad is not acceptable.

Whats more is that Schuster admitted in a press conference last week he didnt who RM were going to sign Doh

Brazilian shooting star, Henrique, who is on a one-year loan to Bayer, does NOT want to return to Barca at the end of the season

the boys LOVES Leverkusen and thinks he can develop there better than on the bench at Barca

    smart fellow

I wish, Poldi had been that intelligent before moving to Bayern

for that amount of money Leverkusen tend to buy FOUR players Smile

they are VERY clever with their transfer policy

they just signed U-20 shooting star Schwab

best run club in the Bundesliga together with Hoffenheim

Renato, the other Brazilian , is also already a big hit and will earn the club a truck-load in two or three years

face it otto, Schuster might be relatively good when it comes to small teams like getafe(where he was completely hummilliated/dominated by Messi and his wondergaoll, remember??) but he'll never be a top coach/manager. The little credit he still has he got by being every player's bitch and following them around making sure they trained, ate well, went to bed early and stuff...That might do it when it comes to managing small amount of resources like at Getafe or if he was coaching Germany, but it just isn't enough for the big teams...Don't get me wrong he'd probably make wonders for any team in the bundesliga, so who knows maybe he ends up in the Vaterland and in a couple of years you find yourself posting how by taking a german team to glory(local glory) Schuster proved that at Spain they just didn't have an eye for great german talents like him...

    ok

    let's have it

what should Schuster do now ?

Real are about to sign another utterly useless Dutchie over his German head

pressure will increase to be successful, because, hey, we just gave you a world class striker as an additional weapon

should Schuster just RESIGN in DISGUST and hope that Schalke or Stuttgart appoint him this winter ?

Reports in Spain say Huntelaar to Real is done deal with four year contract worth 3.8m Euros per year. I think sale was reported at 20m + incentives.
