After a disgraceful week for us I'm just hoping we can get 3 points and a clean sheet would be nice. I hope we score the flukiest, most deflected, ridiculous goal we can as payback for the beach ball incident Grr

    My team:

    --------------------------Reina--------------------------------

    --------------Kelly-----------Kygriakos--------Agger---------------

    Johnson-----------------------------------------------------------Konchesky-----------

    -------------------------------Poulsen--------------------------------------------------

    --------------------Merieles-----------------Gerrard----------------------------------

    --------------------------------J.Cole------------------------------------------------

    --------------------------------Torres----------------------------------------------------

Bench: Jones, Shelvey, Skrtel, Carragher, Lucas, Ngog, Maxi

    Roy's team:

    ---------------------------------Reina---------------------------------------

    --Johnson------------Carragher-------------Skrtel-------------------Konchesky----------------

    --------------------------Poulsen------------Gerrard---------------------------------------------

    ----------Maxi------------------------Merieles----------------------J Cole------------------

    ---------------------------------Torres-----------------------------------------------------------

Bench: Jones, Spearing, Babel, Agger, Lucas, Ngog, Jovanovic

    You should play

    Reina
    Kelly-Carragher-Kyrgiakos-Konchesky
    Meireles-Poulsen
    N'Gog-Gerrard-J.Cole
    Torres

    ok

Yikes Carra and Greeky at the back, you need Agger in there so at least one of our defenders can pass a ball!

Ngog should start on form but once Torres gets a goal or 2 he could be back to the player we know he can be. I'd certainly rather play Ngog on the right then Maxi that's for sure.

To be honest if Maxi starts this game I'll be fucking pissed off.

This line up should be played on Saturday. We have to start Agger, he's a quality defender and our best CB.

Having five at the back means that Johnson can ATTACK cheers Would love to see this attacking line up.
Cole should play CF Fact, not on the left by Woy. Don't start Maxi, put Kuyt there if he's back from injury.

Thought you'd like that one. I toyed with the various combinations. I kinda like Kygdgohwrekos, bit of a mad Greek dude. So had to put him in. And alongside him it was either Agger or Carragher, as Skrtel's crap. Agger certainly better with the ball, but I'm rarely convinced by him defensively these days. Carragher is often a liability too, of course, but I figured if I'm putting in Kelly his experience would be important.

This is a painfully boring game where the CMs are involved a lot but are doing nothing in particular. City should take off De Jong for Johnson and move Silva into CM. They've spent so much money yet they can't find a better lead forward than Tevez... He's neither a TM or a creative false nine. He's just not working.

Tevez could be a great false 9 but he's just too selfish. I'd play him either side of a TM in a front 3.

Sorta the same thing that hinders Arjen Robben.
