I think this will be a really entertaining gameweek.

The post European games always throws up a few surprises; I can see Arsenal having a tough time at West Brom and Bolton have a great chance to get something at Old Trafford with just about every United defender unavailable.

Spursssss vs West Ham should be good with the Hammers on the up in the league and Spurs welcoming back key players like VDV and Bale.

We have a tough game at a ground we always seem to struggle at (you facking beach ball ) But I'm looking forward to seeing Suarez and Caroll together hopefully.

Chelsea vs City is obviously the stand out fixture, will this be the game Torres finally scores for Chelsea in? If Dzeko is left on the bench after Balotelli's extreme stupidity then Mancini is an absolute disgrace. Mind you he'll probably only go with one up front anyway.

I am. Decent game. Carlton Cole has missed 2 sitters so far.

Spurs hit the woodwork a couple of times as well. Surprised it's 0-0 tbh.

West Ham are a decent team these days with their best players fit.

Defoe seems to be a bit pointless (will probably jinx it now). Big money is going to be spent on a striker in the summer

Defoe in this system with VDV in the hole is senseless. You play Pav or Crouch with VDV, if you want Defoe at his best then it has to be a 4-4-2.

Both were injured anyway. The whole thing started when they were left back at the hotel while rest of squad were paintballing (!) due to being injured - so they started boozing instead Still, I'm pretty sure either would've played if fit due to lack of other options.

Probably seen last of Dunne in Villa shirt. It'll be Cuellar-Clark when Clark's back from suspension. Collins may get another chance, but think Dunne's burnt his bridges.

Full time 0-0. Don't know how! Defoe was shocking.

A massive blow - not a terminal one, but it hurts big time.

This is on 'Harry, who gives his favourite strikers every chance to be shit in the league and those people who thought that we didn't need a striker because Defoe was injured. In the league, Pavluchenko is our best CF, and he's not consistently good enough to be a no.1 striker for a top 4 side either, or maybe we truly don't know because Redknapp clearly has no faith in him. He simply doesn't get the support from the manager that he deserves... He came on today and looked more likely to score than anyone else. He also set up some great chances for Defoe to miss. He's also our top scoring striker.

Defoe managed to make both Green's and Upson's consistent Intl. selection look justified. Ugh.

Here's hoping Benzema plays like shit from here on in, maybe Madrid will get rid.

Birmingham take the lead at Wigan.

One of the best defences in the league when Djourou and Szczesny are playing (statistically at least) is about to get very leaky indeed.

Time to see how we "respond" from this.

If Roy hands the league to United I wont be angry, I'll just be very dissapointed.

Wolves get goal rightly disallowed for offside. Pretty shaky start. Really need to win with Scum and Scummer both in lead

It's not Roy who will be handing them the league, but Wenger. If we had the same sort of mentality that Ferguson instils in his players we would be in a great position to win the league. Instead we get continual bollocks about how we should be given the players credit for what they've achieved this season and lies about our defensive injuries.

At least the goal came early, so hopefully at some point we can start to show a little bit of fight and attacking threat.
