    + a Mr Royston Hodgson

Do you recall last season at all?

Relevance to the 2010/11 season please ?

You had a slightly stronger team, and better manager. City and Spurs had weaker sides and still both finished above you.

Besides, have you Liver lot completely forgot the whole Hicks/Gillette thing? Y'know how your owners were complete c**ts and sold good players and fucked the morale of the team and all that...that did happen, right? I know Dalgish is magic and all, but there would still have been inconsistency with that whole ownership thing was going on.

8 points off City despite Hodgson having us flirting with relegation for a large part of his tenure.

We would have been up there and challenging the top four with a competent manager which given the comparative squads probably says more about how shite City have been this season.

Yeah we've been so shite we've not dropped out of the top four since about October. You all like to blame Hodgson but i still dont believe he is totally to blame for your shit start to the season, he is a good manager as he has proved time and time again in the past and currently at WBA. I thik your squad isnt that great in terms of strength in depth and your good players confidence dropped as your club was being run by a couple of morons. King Kenny has revitalised things but it will be interesting to see how he does next season. There have been many instances in the past when a caretaker manager has come in and given the team a boost (remember when everyone was saying Stuart Pearce could be the next England manager Smile) only to struggle the next season.
