Judge Torres next season once the next spending spree finishes. I doubt they'll go into next season with the same awful creative options.

Must say..I know he's not fit, but Carroll really looked poor today, 1 header aside. His touch was poor, his vision and passing didnt look especially good..Suarez was disgusted with him for not returning that pass in the first half.

Im sure he'll improve though, but he'll need a specific sort of service.

Caroll's made one Premier League start so far and very nearly scored bar a goal line clearance. It hasn't been a great start for him but you can already see what he's going to bring to the table with his knock downs.

Torres has started around 6 or 7, never looked like scoring, awful touch, looks lethargic and even his team-mates aren't passing to him now.

Clearly Torres can't just be judged on the second half of this season but if he continues like this will he even be there for much longer? I don't know who Chelsea are going to bring in in the summer but they'll almost certainly have a new manager and that will take more time to get used to.
