Sunderland have the makings of a good side. All the aforementioned attacked are good in their own right but they do seem to rely on Sessegnon a tad too much ok

They have the makings of an ok side, but they have a shitkicker manager. If most managers had their teams playing the way Sunderland are they would be castigated as an anti-football c**t, but because it's Martin "top manager, honestly" O'Neill people say he is "building a good side", when the truth is he hasn't really improved on Mrs Doubtfire.

You don't run normally with your toes pointing upwards! That is a clear vengeance kinda foul. It's one like Huth's last week where he made sure he landed his boot on someone's chest because the opportunity was there (can't remember who that was against). Probably Distin been kicking Suarez half the match too.

    For Luis :

Luis Suarez has scored with six of his 56 shots this season so takes 9.33 shots for each goal. By way of comparison, Demba Ba has scored seven goals at a rate of a goal every 5.14 shots.

A goal every 9.33 shots is not a sign of a good finisher Ale

Everton played good football for about 20 minutes of the game, in the first half. We dominated the play and played great stuff to go 2-0 up. Then typically we fell apart and they played good stuff mostly through Mirallas to get it back to 2-2. Second half was scrappy and that was expected when we took Suso and Sahin off for Shelvey and Coates. Still felt we played the better football though; Fellaini manhandled Allen and kicked him over the park - maybe that's why Gerrard likened them to Stoke.

Everton are a decent side but no way near the quality of a top 4 side which some of their supporters believe. We will finish above them this season and you can quote me.

I'm sorry, but I see no alternative. We can't have dodgy referees and linesmen ruining the results of matches every week or it will render the league pointless.

The only thing I wouldn't mind is goalline technology which would be easy to use but in the end it is part of the drama and excitement of the game. It is exactly because justice doesn't happen both in terms of gameplay but also in terms of refereeing mistakes that football banter becomes so heated.

Suarez excels at finding the space to take shots. If he had finishing to go with it, he'd be getting towards Messi/Ronaldo scoring levels. Problem for Liverpool is that all their attacks essentially live or die with Suarez. Like how we used to mock Man Utd, their 2nd highest scorer this season is Own Goal (the only source of more than 1 goal in the league besides Suarez).

So while 6 in 9 is a good rate for Suarez, at the same time it's at the absolute minimum level Liverpool need him to be scoring as long as he is almost their sole source of goals.
