    Luis you slacker

Sunderland show Stoke what it really means to come from the North East! They are far ahead of Newcastle this year, again.

They will this year for sure. Considering Newcastle are behind again, perhaps they can take over this year as nr 1 club in the North, with no Newcastle and Boro around.

If we dropped down 3 divisions, we would still get more media coverage up here.

I'm too depressed with our team to make these threads at the minute Sad

We're playing shite again. Not winning - WBA just need one goal and they'll win it.

Even Sterling seems to have lost his touch.

    So worrying.

Liverpool will never win the title again, they should have done it last year, Chelsea is too strong now again for years, and Man utd will only get stronger again as well.

Also, it would be great if it would be forbidden for Liverpool to sign players from other EPL clubs. When do they ever add something? Honestly.

Forget the title, it will be some doing if we get back in the top 4 this season playing like this. I fail to believe it's just Sturridge and Allen that will make the difference. The whole team is playing utterly crap except for Lallana. Even Henderson and Sterling are starting to fade.

Lambert has turned to utter shit - pressure of a big club has destroyed him. Ugh.

Liverpool can never have back to back good seasons.

That they are shite and never score or add something. Well, players always do this. But in the long run my point stands.

Thought WBA were at the bottom or something they are pretty high up.

And is Villa part of the EPL or do they only play big clubs?

Wow, I just looked at the table for the first time this season, Everton in 17th. affraid Imagine if I was proved right about Martinez after all(even though I already admitted I was wrong)!!!!

I think the 3 at the bottom are the 3 to go down though.

The table is still at a stage where teams can move up or down about 5 places based on a win or two. We've moved up to 7th today - a win in 2 weeks time would probably see us in the top 4.

Everton have been poor though - their defence has been even worse than ours at times which is so unusual for them. I think juggling the Europa League is impossible with a thin squad like that.

As for the bottom 3 - way too early to say. Burnley will surely be one of them based on their awful squad and team. QPR are a bit of a mess but could easily spring a few wins at home. Newcastle need rid of Pards and they should be ok.

Villa will creep back down to the bottom soon as well as Hull and Sunderland.

Everton had fairly harsh fixtures though, one thing to keep in mind during this stage of the season. Burnley, cant see them stay up. QPR is indeed a mess. WBA is another one I can see go down. Sunderland are too good these days. Leicester keep suprising, and Southampton....

Pardew wasn't employed for footballing reasons, so as much as we talk about form and his incompetencies we're not sure if it even matters. Though it's strange that Ashley is turning up at every game, away games in places like Stoke and Swansea.

Cisse needs to fuck off though, during Pardew's entire time here he's had individuals bailing him out.

Europe League really doesn't matter in our woeful form, as we were poor from beginning. Our defense is getting worse, especially Howard - he was very good last season, but now he came back to his form under Moyes. Baines is also not a player he was 2-3 seasons ago, only one delivering is Coleman (and Stones when playing as CB, he actually looks amazing, deserves hype more than Rodwell or Barkley when they were having their first starts).

Bigger problem for me is Pienaar's absence - we are not a good enough team to play with 2 classic wingers/outside forwards and we miss Pienaar, who is our lead player to keep possession on opposite's half and who makes as tick in final 3rd. Barkley should be back soon, but he won't change much - he is one more direct player, so we will keep losing the ball a lot.

And of course with month after month Moyes defensive unit is becoming Martinez defensive unit... which won't end well. I don't think we will finish outside of TOP 10, but I would surprise if we would finish as a TOP 6 team in May.

I like tomorrow's games: United vs Everton, Chelsea vs Arsenal and Tottenham vs Southampton, all 3 should be interesting to watch (don't really care much about WHU vs QPR).
