So much bad passing and poor decision making from both teams, very little creativity being displayed when both teams are on the edge of the box. The DPL has the best marketing ever. La Liga is so far ahead it is untrue. Surely anybody who watches both leagues like me can see the big difference in quality between the two, just the other night Sevilla had 60% possession against City at the Ethihad....when ever a Spanish team meets an English team 95% of the time the Spanish team outplays them.

There is not much difference in quality between the French league and the DPL ( Yes I watch Ligue 1 too), the general play is of a similar quality, the main difference is the DPL has the expensive players who have more end product (like shooting etc). But football wise they are about the same.

Most DPL games I watch ( I watch about 3 a week) are boring and are not aesthetically pleasing.

We desperately need Sturridge or Benteke back as Origi is shit, also we need some wide players. How did Rodgers manage to build a squad with only 1 player who can play as a wide attacking midfielder or as a winger (and that player is Ibe who is like 19)?

Who thinks that Rooney is finished? He's only 30, but looks like Claudio Pizarro (37 years old) and with 700 professional matches (more or less) under his belt.

He's definitely finished. He's lost everything that made him great. Pace is gone, can't dribble anymore, can't bully defenders anymore, doesn't even seem to be poaching well anymore. He shouldn't be near the starting 11.

He'll probably score against us in midweek now but.. Still finished.

He's like Lee Tomlin. Without the skill or invention. Tomlin can't get into the Bournemouth team. An injury depleted one at that.

Moyes bottling selling Rooney (as Ferguson was orchestrating) and helping him get £300k a week was by far his worst decision at Man Utd.
