I know that they should have far more potential then what they showed so far. I'm also sure they show it this season, after all it's their first game in a new environment. But today, they just played average, except this scene from Edu just now. If you see already so much class, then name me some instances from this game that you're good 2-Bundesliga player couldn't have done.

I didn't say that I saw *much class*, just glimpses of it, means that you could see what these players *might* be able to deliver in future.

Wrong penalty decision against Hoffenheim right now.

Well. I understood it you actually saw them doing great things already and this I could not. They sure are potential great players, but I was refering to what they so far delivered. It seems we had some sort of misunderstanding then.

I was watching the Schalke 04 - Bayer Leverkusen game this weekend and I was very impressed by both goalkeepers, especially because not only they were good, they also look very, VERY young (The Schalke’s keeper is the cutest German kid you will ever see)

I am not sure but I think both are Germans, right? Do you think they will have a chance in your national team soon?

It's off-topic a little (-> 2. Bundesliga thread), but yes, they both have an excellent chance to play for the national team in future. Both are German, of course, and both are amongst our best talents for the position. Especially Schalke's keeper Neuer could be called up soon.

P.S.: Both are not as good as this guy yet though. Wink (but they are younger)

Laugh Why I am not shocked that he plays for Werder.

BTW, I forced my brother to watch the Bundesliga this weekend with me, he was quite surprised about the fans (you know, the Scarves, the flags, the colorful fans) he didn't thought, as he so nicely puts it: that the blondies really like football Laugh Doh

OMG! We have the most fanatic fans! The highest attendances for ages (even the 2. Bundesliga has impressive average attendances), and most importantly, standing terraces! Over here, football is still a fan's paradise, with great atmosphere in packed stadia, full of passionate fans, and not just rich farts who seem to be the only ones left who are able to pay ridiculous prices for the tickets. There is no stadium in the world that is louder than Schalke's or Dortmund's, for example.

Tell your brother to read this article:

Juligen, Dortmund's 'Südtribüne' in the Westfalenstadion is the biggest standing terrace I know, for example - 25,000 fans causing havoc (~80,000 max. capacity of the stadium), you have to be there to believe it.

It was only a matter of time. And as I had expected, East German clubs are the first target. Huge potential there, and a great bargain for any investor.
