No update, he is not going anywhere because all the top clubs in Europe have turned down his agent's offers. So he's off consoling himself with Eastern European women in Las Vegas.

With Tiago, Almiron & Zanetti, I think they have decent options in the central midfield. Tiago & Almiron are good defensively.
IMO Juventus needs to sign another quality CB to play alongside Andrade

He did very well at Empoli last season.
He's 26 if I remember correctly, he's been showing consistent football since 3-4 seasons so he's ready for prime time.
He won't set the world alight, but he's a solid international class player imho.

It's a good move for Jorge, he's been a top class player for some time now. I can recall when I mentioned him back on 606 for Newcastle or Man Utd and there were some who laughed the suggestion off, others thought it would be a good move.
We'll have to wait and see how he adapts to a new league at this point in his career.
