This is silly - he knows Inter will not sell him now, mainly coz no one will be willing to cough up his current valuation of £23M.
So what is he and his agent trying to pull here? In the first 2 games of the season, he could not even make the Inter bench, does he not get the message??
Adriano refutes loan rumours
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Despite reports in the Italian Press, unsettled Inter enigma Adriano is not set for a loan deal, according to his agent. L’Imperatore’s chances of securing first-team football with the Nerazzurri look slim after the arrival of Honduran star David Suazo in the summer.
The Brazilian is now considered fifth choice striker by many and had to watch the reigning champions’ season opener against Udinese from the stands, having not even been handed a place in the bench. It had been suggested that Adriano may return to old club Parma on loan to kickstart his career and there was also alleged interest from English sides Manchester City, Arsenal and Newcastle.
But now it appears that the volatile hitman would rather bide his time at the San Siro and secure a permanent move in January. “Either he will stay at Inter or he would rather be sold outright,” Gilmar Rinaldi revealed. “We spoke a lot on Sunday and decided to take a night to think before we discuss things. One thing is certain – the idea of a loan surprised us both.”
