My mate who was at the Everton game today, says there are very strong rumours about Ronaldo being charged with at least assault. Looks like he got rough with someone in the crowd who did not give the ball back. Broken arm evidently.

The Portuguese international, who had a frustrating afternoon is the subject of police questioning after an Evertonian suffered a suspected broken arm trying to retrieve the ball.

The fan was injured while reaching for the ball in order to pass it to Ronaldo who had won a throw in down the left hand side in the second half.

Everton and Manchester United officials have remained silent over the incident, which was not shown by TV cameras.

The injured fan confirmed to a Sunday newspaper that a complaint had been made to a local Merseyside constabulary after he had received treatment on his stud-marked arm.

Tut Tut.... a flamboyant personality it would appear to go with his bag of skills.

I don't think it could have happened to two nicer people, an Evertonian and a Utd player Laughing

The only other place it is 'getting out' is through Frank.

Much more likely it's a Scouser looking for a handout. Not like thats never happened before....

Well i read about it yesterday. Seems like bollocks, Everton say they were not aware of any incident. No camera's picked it up. He claimed Ronaldo stepped on his arm while leaning over the advertising boards to get the ball. Now unless this guy had his arm on the floor how in the f@ck did he step on his arm without hardly anyone seeing?

If he did do it, then good on him he aint fucking about this season. Annoy him and expect a headbutt or a broken arm Biggrin

It was about eight months I think, but that included the whole summer break, so he probably missed five or six months of football.
