Twente-Getafe goes to extra time. tbh I think it's best for Getafe to be knocked out. Their league form is already poor, and it's better that they concentrate on that instead of having to stretch their squad in the UEFA as well.

Rai, this defeat is huge!! I even had to make a couple of calls to my Jew friends in Valencia to inform them about the result...and to gloat of course.

They couldnt believe it!! They thought I was mocking them, but after I convinced them..their was no longer a Spanish partyatmosphere in the background...just silence...

I thought van Basten would be a good choice to succeed Ten Cate , but hes not ready. Ajax could have won today , chances wasted or brilliance from the opposition goalie. The only solution is that the board (Jaake + van Geel) have to leave ASAP. Some of the players have to be shot aswell and thrown into a ditch. Imagine if Ajax was capable of holding onto good players , instead of selling them .. a good team does not sell their best players , Ajax are no longer a good team. Only one or 2 players look good coming through , I'm not sure any talented players want to join the club , i think the performances in the league from Ajax is hiding the true reality .. not enough competition and arrogance leaks once into Europe for the team.
