Obviously overwhelmed by The Red Wiz.,,,Totti must be feeling insecure!!

Lets hope tonight is exactly the same as the last game
I have no problem with his comments, but when Jose said Chelsea were the best (or that he was the best) it was proclaimed as arrogant. Ronaldo says similar comments and it's deemed as him being confident.
Yes, BUT The Red Wiz is one the MOST talented players in t'world! BIG difference!!!

Technical perfection from the little ginger. Thought United looked very cohesive in midfield in the second half, up until the last 10 minutes

Nah, your right. Poor in the first half, good in the second.

Also saw Nani waste a few good attacking opportunities. Looks like he's gonna be to you what SWP is to us.

He was rubbish today TRWP. So slow in everything he did. He was like Carrick for England, good passing but no penetration or speed.

another cracking performance from united and another fully deserved win

To be honest, I only saw from 10 minutes before the goal until about the 80th minute, and he hardly mis placed a pass in that time

His passing was accurate all night, it was just slow at times and sideways across the pitch. He was too deep for most of the match though.

but quite simply, you dont go however hundreds of minutes without conceding a goal if your defence is dodgy.
Strong defence = number one key to Europe. Look at Liverpool and Chavski's success in the past.
Think this United side is the best equipped since 99 to make real push in europe.
Innit brrrrrrrap

I saw little of the game (just the last 20 minutes) but what I saw looked pretty even. Which is good, coz hopefully it will make Roma self destruct in frustation in Serie A

The last 20 mins weren't very different from the rest of the game. It was quite even throughout. Man. Utd. just about edged it and deserved the 3 points. Roma were not far off with some of their shots though.
Roma only really came to live after we scored and decided to defend before that there were only 15 yards hit by Totti but we didnt too much in attack as well , very dull game.Forza Italia!Forza Milan! wrote:kas wrote:bluenine wrote:Great strike by Rooney to take the 3 points, well done.

Sometimes I honestly think you're watching different games.
The game was very dull indeed. I think a draw was the fairest result even though Roma made the clearest chances. United looked livelier on the wings, and Rooney took the goal brilliantly. Nani also skinned the Roma defence a few times.
