Makes no sense to me. Though I'd prefer him to Giggs at the moment.

Though winning is good I would be content with a draw in both games we face Roma at the moment.

I can see a draw actually as they may play tighter what with what happened last time plus how badly beaten they were vs Inter.

Still hope we play to win though, especially with our home record.

are Roma capable of playing "tight"?

They'd probably take 0-0, but should they?

Yeah i agree, but imo that is mostly down to fitting Tevez in. This team right here has the right balance.

I am too keen on the team, why has he dropped Tevez for Nani? In our last CL game Nani was our worst player, lets hope he proves us all wrong.

As for Hargreaves is he actually going to play in any of the games we need him for?

    ok

I'm actually hoping it's all Tevez's fault because then there is an easy solution.

Pretty even game. We were dreadful in the first 5-10 minutes with our passing but have been much sharper since. Roma are very good in possession and also playing tighter than last season as you'd expect.

Roma have looked good in possession up until the final ball. As it is, we have had more opportunities then them.

I'm reasonably happy with that although our play is too slow and Nani is misplacing a lot of his passes. Scholes has been outshone by Carrick easily so far, he's playing too slow and dawdling on the ball.

Nothing game really, Rooney had the best chance of the half but hit it over the bar. Saha has been rubbish, time to bring Tevez on.

    Carrick's been our best player.

No offence to the lad as he is very skilled but at times I think Nani is proper retarded. He just makes some really really stupid decisions at times, then the next minute he does that great bit of play to set up Rooney.

Yeah Nani keeps giving the ball away or just falling to control it. However his cross that created Rooneys chance was class. But I still think we should bring Tevez on to replace him.

Scholes has been poor again, he needs to stop playing so deep.

Oshite has been poor also, but thats to be expected.
